How it works
One centralized platform from first touch to confirmed delivery
Lead Data Platform is the one place every lead passes through. It watches the activity, enriches each lead, routes it to the right destination, confirms it arrived and hands the data to your analytics.
- 1
Monitor all lead activity
Every capture, every source and every event lands in one centralized place — so the whole picture of lead activity is visible end to end.
- 2
Enrich every lead
Each lead is deduplicated and normalized as it arrives, with source, campaign, page and form attribution attached to it.
- 3
Route to the right destinations
Rules send each lead where it belongs — by brand, location, market, product line or schedule. Change a rule and it applies to the next lead.
- 4
Get delivery confirmations
Only a real acceptance counts as delivered. Failed handoffs are retried and every attempt is recorded, so you can prove the lead arrived.
- 5
See detailed analytics
Every capture, route and handoff is logged — timestamp, the rule that matched, the response from the destination — and reporting is sliced by source, campaign, location or product line.
- 6
Optimize marketing spend
See which sources actually convert, stop paying for the ones that do not, and put the budget back into the channels that grow lead volume.
Integrations
Connected to your whole stack
Lead Data Platform feeds the analytics, tag and data tooling you already run. Nothing locked in, nothing to rebuild.
Google Analytics 4
Standard UTM and campaign data travels with every lead, so the traffic that produced it shows up in GA4 with the attribution intact.
Google Tag Manager
Lead Data Platform fires alongside the tags you already run. One snippet, no rebuild of your site, nothing to maintain twice.
Every major CDP
Normalized, deduplicated leads are pushed into your customer data platform, so profiles there are complete and current.
Consent management
The consent state captured with each submission travels with the lead, so every destination only acts on legitimate data.
Plus webhooks, APIs and any custom destination
Lead hub
Also a hub for inbound leads
Leads do not only come from your own website. Sites you buy from, portals, manufacturers and partner dealers can feed the same pipeline by HTTP or by email — one set of rules, one delivery trail.
HTTP
Post leads to your endpoint from any form, page, portal or partner feed.
POST /leads
{ "email": "…", "phone": "…", "source": "…" }Forward a lead email and it is parsed, normalized and pushed through the same rules.
leads@your-domain.comYour existing website
Add one line to the site you already have — no vendor ticket, no rebuild, no release window.
<script src="/leads-manager.js" async></script>No vendor ticket
Capture leads on the website you already have
One line on your existing pages is enough. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing is redesigned, so there is no ticket to raise with your website vendor — your pages and forms keep working exactly as they do today, and every submission reaches the same pipeline with its attribution attached.
Leads are deduplicated and normalized on arrival, so the same lead from three sources does not become three phone calls.
Platform flexibility
Flexible, rules-based lead routing
Routing is a set of rules you control — not a hard-coded setup. Combine them for round-robin, escalation, territories and fallbacks. Rules change on your schedule, not on a release cycle.
- Brand
- Send this lead to the brand that sells it.
- Location
- Closest or assigned store, dealership or branch.
- Market
- Zip, city, region or territory — wherever you draw the lines.
- Product line
- Towables here, motorhomes there, service somewhere else.
- Schedule
- Business hours go to the floor, after-hours goes to the on-call team.
- Lead type
- Buying, selling, trade-in or service — each on its own path.
Multilocation first: hundreds of locations, one set of rules to keep them straight.
Delivery
Delivery you can prove
Routing decides which system gets the lead. Delivery is what happens next: the payload is sent in the shape that system expects, the response decides whether it landed, and every attempt is written on the lead itself.
- Any HTTP endpoint
- A destination is a method, a URL, headers and a body — your CRM, a warehouse, an ad platform, a Slack webhook.
- Sent in your shape
- Template the lead’s fields into the URL, the query string, the headers and the body, so each system gets the payload it already expects.
- Only a 2xx counts
- Anything else is a failure, not a silent drop. Redirects, rejections, timeouts and dead DNS all count as not delivered.
- Retried on failure
- Three attempts per step, each with a fifteen-second budget. Broken configuration stops immediately instead of retrying forever.
- Every attempt on the lead
- The request that went out, the status that came back and the start of the response are recorded per attempt — a rejected handoff stays inspectable.
- Secrets kept out of the record
- Authorization, API-key, cookie, token, secret and password headers are redacted before an attempt is stored against the lead.
Each destination is its own step: they run in order, each carries its own retries and its own record, and one endpoint refusing a lead does not stop the others.
Optimization
Optimize spend. Grow leads.
No data team required. Lead Data Platform gives you a straight answer to three questions: which spend produces leads, which spend produces nothing, and where the next pound of budget should go.
See what is working
Conversion by source, campaign, form and location — so you know which spend is actually producing leads.
Cut what is not
Spot the sources that cost money and return nothing, and stop funding them with confidence.
Grow lead volume
Move the budget you freed up into the channels that convert, and watch the lead count climb.
Who it is for
Built for large-scale, lead-driven operations
If a missed lead means a missed sale, the plumbing matters. Lead Data Platform is built for teams running many locations, many brands and many lead sources at once.
RV dealer groups
Multilocation lots, dozens of brands, one lead flow.
Car dealerships
Internet, showroom and service leads routed to the right desk.
Home service companies
Territories, technicians and on-call schedules handled by rule.
Other lead-driven businesses
Any operation that lives or dies by whether the lead got through.
